I bought these for a new pair of very high heels I got to wear to a wedding, knowing I'd be on my feet for several hours and don't usually wear heels. They definitely helped! Added a decent layer of cushion and support. Ball of foot is comparable to a pair of Dr. Scholl's inserts I had in the past. Arch is higher. I wear a size 6.5 and they don't even cover the whole foot bed though. If you're looking for affordable inserts for a special occasion and have little feet, these will do the trick, but I don't see them being terribly helpful for daily use.

I’m a size 8.5, these inserts are way too short for someone that is anything larger than a, maybe 7. They don’t work for anyone with a larger foot because there are bumps that are supposed to create support in the space behind your toes but on a larger foot those bumps are too far up your foot and will hit around the wrong part of the foot causing too much discomfort.

I did not use the adhesive part. I just stuck them in many different types of heels to try out. I'm on the hunt for the perfect heel insole and this is low rated on my list. This review is based on my experience and the nature of my feet. I recommend that everyone try it for themselves regardless of reviews.The first problem with this product cushioning support I found to be minimal. The arch support is too thin and low which means it needs to be extended into the insole more, to fit the curve of the foot. I barely can even tell it's there but could be due to my high arches.2. I found the cushioning gel bubbles to be uncomfortable. I thought it would have a massaging effect but no... it was irritating for me. I particularly hated these in booties. I found myself putting pressure on areas of my foot I didn't before.The good news is that it will fit any size shoe. It's made to be small and focus on the parts of the feet that matter without being seen.I would recommend this product to someone with low arches and heel pain. Probably best in a heel 3 inches or below.

I do Ballroom dancing and have been for over 5+ years. I got these because the insole is nice and thin, yet is still able to provide enough or at least adequate support for my arch and heel in my dance shoes. My dance shoes run anywhere from a 2 inch heel all the way up to 3 1/2 (which may not seem like a lot for most women) but for someone who rarely ever wore heels (due to my high arch) prior to the dance studio- these little babies are a life-saver. Worth the money for sure!

They were uncomfortable can't wear them.

Don’t waste your money they hurt your feet like crazy there pretty hard gel and the piece at the ball of your foot is so painful
