SONIC TOOTHBRUSH - LONG LASTING & DURABLE W/ RECHARGEABLE BATTERY - WHITE

I've never had an expensive ultrasonic brush before -- just the rotary cheaper kind, but this is a huge improvement and I liked what I had already!The build quality seems great, and over time I may change rating to a 5 if longevity goes with the good initial feel. I have used the high setting and as long as I don't physically touch my teeth with the shaft by mistake I don't mind the RPM's like some folks complained about. The massage setting for the gums is interesting but I can't say I'd use it as often as I do my other tool (see ToiletTree Products Oral Irrigators). Good purchase and say goodbye to sweaters on your teeth this gets it gone.

I really do like this toothbrush. What I don't like is that there is no customer service. The number on the box rings to an 844-toll free area code for Verizon that is no longer working and they do not answer their email. I had read that Aquapick makes the Sonicare brand and rebrands for them.So I bought Sonicare brush heads at Costco. They do not fit.This toothbrush should work for a year with the included brush heads but then you are on your own for brush heads. That's too bad because it works very well, even if the brush is smaller than the Sonicare brush.

I purchased this produce in April 2016, it's been working fine until a month ago. It would work for a couple of minutes and then slows down like battery is going dead. I keep it charge but will only work for awhile then slows down. I regret buying this product. Is there any chance for replacement? I hope so....

One of the best sonic brushes I have used. the base doesn't take hardly any room on the counter, easy to keep clean.

"Long lasting & durable?" Anything but. I've had several electric toothbrushes over the years and this is by far the cheapest feeling and in just one month of use the toothbrush has stopped working. The light indicates that it is charging, but it will never hold a charge. Comes on for about 5 seconds then shuts off never to turn on again. Obviously the battery is defective.
