I use this on my swim spa I find it to be easier than the strips certainly a lot more economical. Mind you it always pays to have young eyes to decide which the nearest colour match i. my granddaughter help me with this I have bought several of these but I do tend to run out of the chlorine tester before the PH as the ph very rarely alters.

These test kits are very good, and I find them a lot easier to read accurately than the test strips. Just dip the test chamber in the pool / spar to fill to the line, (It is recommended to take a sample from about 1 meter below the surface to get a more accurate reading), Place 3–4 drops of the chemicals into the test chambers, give it a shake and read the PH and Chlorine levels by comparing the water colour to the legend.

Bought it to test my Zerowater filter device and my taste buds were right, doesn’t filter the chlorine completely. Tested the tap water as well and it works.

I did not review this for a few weeks as was waiting for my last box of tester to finish. This new one is fine; does the job and is straightforward to use and follow. As with all tester kits, make sure the drops are accurate.

Quite disappointed with this. Not the best piece of equipment and doesn’t really work well. Stick to testing strips instead.
