The best general pain relief\numbing cream...not just for hineys.
This is probably the most effective pain relieving cream I've ever used. Despite the name and intended 'southern region' use, this works for numbing burns, blisters, cold sores, abrasions -- anything you want to numb. (don't use it in your mouth or eyes, as per the warning label). It's thicker so stays on better. Smear it on kind of thick for max relief. Great stuff!

Works great, I recoment this product.
I got this product to use before using dermaroller on my face, it worked great. The week before I tried doing the procedure and it was too painfully so I bought this product and this Saturday I tried for the first time and was able to use the dermaroller with minimal disconfort. I recommend that you avoid the lip area because it can get pretty numb. I got some on my upper lip by accident and almost immediately I test the numbing. I also recommend that you wait at least 15 minutes before rolling so that you give it enough to I me to work. Also it was much cheaper than getting it at cvs.

Ease the pain, itch & swelling
Husband recently had hemmohroid surgery. Doc told him Preparation H isn't a good product for external hemmohroids.I had already ordered this product for him & glad I had. He has had a lot of trouble since this surgery & spent a lot of time soaking in the tub. He has said this product does give him releif.Moreso than Preparation H.

Thank goodness! Great price.
RectiCare has been a life saver. It was by accident that I stumbled upon it. I was desperate and bought it at the local CVS at an insane cost. For the first time in over a year, after using Preparation H to no relief, I have found relief from mind numbing pain.I went online and found it in this 3 pk at a much better price than CVS. A little goes a long way.I've increased fiber, gotten a squatty potty, and now use RectiCare. Seems to be getting better.

Doesn't work
Was 0% effective for me. No pain relief at all. I found that the best pain relief was 1 or 2 ibuprofen tablets every 4 hours. Recticare is expensive and didn't work.

Impossible to open the tube containing the product
The product is fine. Not much better than most over-the-counter products that serve the same purpose. But I spent way too much time trying to open the tube that contains the product. Finally had to cut off the end of the tube and then squeeze out the product. Not much product in the tube so the value is not there for the customer. I admire anyone who can open that tube.
