Good product
This helped a lot with post COVID feares of lung issues. It’s easy to use and read. Only problem is at times it seems to have an issue with SpO2 meaning it would start low and go up slowly and it feels like it’s the sensor rather than the real value, my hands sometimes sweat and are cold and that seems to lead to inaccurate reading temporarily. Once I tried another finger issues resolved.. to be honest that was quite rare, seems to be a good product, been used in anger over the past months and holding well.

Cheap and simple
I cannot rate its accuracy as I have no calibrated oximeter to compare it with.. That said, it is easy to use and provided a degree of reassurance to have it on hand at the peak of the COVID crisis. Apart from the %02 saturation and pulse rate beats per minute it also provides a PI% (Perfusion Index) reading and a little graph of pulse. The power button also allows you to flip the display or turn it through 90 degrees, which can be handy (no pun intended, see pic). Though it turns itself off after a few seconds with no finger inserted, I recommend you remove the 2x AAA batteries when not in use as it does draw some power even when "off".

In these (covid) times everyone should have one
If ever in hospital the first thing you get is one of these on your finger. So now is the time to buy one to monitor your bloods if not feeling too well at home, or worried about blood/oxygen getting too low due to onset of covid symptoms. Its easy to use, and the info can be moved around in 4 positions, and you also get a BPM heart monitor as well. The only thing missing is a bloods chart reference as if you go below 91/92 ish you need help.On first test mine came up at 97 so thats all good so far for me.

Nice and accurate device
Really nice device. Works in a real time, so you can see any changes. Don't know what the price usually is and how it changed considering the situation in the world, but it did feel like it was worth of the money, I would even risk to say reasonably priced. It is a good size, easy to use and pretty accurate. Please note that you would need 2x AAA batteries as those are not included. CE certified. Good thing.

Suddenly stopped working! ... Then started working again.
One day it literally decided to just stop turning on. I've tried changing the batteries, nothing has been done to it that may damage it, it just sits on my desk 99% of the time unless I'm using it. There doesn't appear to be any recourse for returning or requesting a refund, and for how much it cost I feel ripped off!Whatever the model was that I bought is different to the one it claims in my order history, and even lists a different company.Update 18/08/20So I was idly fiddling with it on my desk, and it suddenly decided to turn on, except it thought my finger was in it, and was trying to read the pulse of nothing. I managed to get it to turn off by holding it open until it said "finger out" and turned off.The next day, I tried turning it on again, and it seems to be working fine. Very bizarre.

Completely disappointing
Completely disappointed with this item. I paid nearly £50 for this as a desperate measure to read sats at home for me and my family during pandemic.Doesn't come with batteries and it doesn't come with a protective bag. For the price I was expecting more that cheaper brands offer. The screen is hard to read for people who are colour blind. The instructions are rubbish and I'm not sure how accurate the readings are. The battery signal always says that the battery is running out with New batteries. There's nothing in this equipment that justifies being this price. There's similar products for half the price.I'm returning. Don't want this.

Struggle to get a reading sometimes
These pulse oximeters are very popular at the moment because one silent sign of covid is a low level of oxygen in your blood. So it's worth having one of these on hand to test your oxygen levels daily.Pros1. Quite large, with easy to read display2. Will fit most fingers (can also be used on toes!)3. As well as measuring oxygen levels, it also takes your pulse.Cons1. Display faces away, so perfect is someone is doing the test, but harder to see if you're doing it yourself - you have to read the results upside down!2. I found that I had to move my finger around to get it into the right position to get a reading. This is probably something that I will get more used to over time, but it can be annoying at first trying to get a reading. One point I will mention is that you will not get a reading if your hands are cold - so if they are, warm them up first because attempting to use the oximeter.Overall, I think this is a useful gadget that fits easily into a first aid box. Everyone should have one.
