Took this and noticed improvement in one day. I feel like I'd need a full weekcourse for more long term improvements but its so pricy that I will eventually jump on that and do a weeklong course with clean eating fermented foods etc. And reset my digestive tract.

This is the best probiotic. It is made from human breastmilk. It tastes terrible...but a "dose" can last for 3 to 4 months thus saving you money in the long run. Also unlike regular probiotics these multiply inside the gut. It contains a lot more probiotics too. The other ones have to be injested daily. Great product.

Ineffective overpriced probiotic that does nothing. By volume, how can it have 1 Trillion CFU if it is so much smaller than the bottle of probiotics I buy from the store?But I have to say, they do have nice packaging.

It's interesting to me to try probiotics 2 days per month rather than daily, but I was pleasantly surprised by no GI upset. You can mix the sachets in juice or water, and mixed in water, it did have a faintly milky flavor, not unpleasant, but not tasty either. Give it a try 👍

I bought this product several months ago and took it as suggested. It seemed to hel. More recently, I bought it again and this time, my body did not want it. I threw up violently several hours after taking it, twice on different days. My advice: only buy this if muscle testing says your body wants it. Otherwise you might be spending &100 for something you’re going to vomit back up.

Progurt is a life saver for me! I have very bad stomach issues and the probiotics in this product helps me so much because without it I would not be able to walk due to the ulcers that I get when I’m not on this medicine.
