Exactly what I was expecting.
As you see, I have been just beginning strength training. So, I bought this putty set, as well as a bigger one, to train my grip strength. Although, I haven't had enough time to use these consistently and have not seen improvements so far. The set comes with exactly what is described. If I see improvements, I will likely update this review in the future.

This is a great product to help with hand strength, and range of motion.
When I had surgery on my hand, the Doctor wanted me to use putty to help increase strength and motion in my hand afterwards. So far so good.The 4 ounce size is just about right to work with, I also like that I have three different densities to chose from.
