Quick and easy
Small tip. Don't put the tape around the edges, it's too thick and the new cap won't fully seat and roll the tape over. I ran two strips along the top and it fit perfectly.

looks good
This fit my 2015 Mini Cooper S (F56) perfectly. The tape stuck well and it's shaped well and snug fitting. I am too cheap to buy a factory black gas cap and I'm quite impressed with this one. It's been on my car for a couple of months now with no fading, crack or other issues. Would buy again.
