Best lights ever
Five years later, and these are still going …

A little temperamental but they work!
I bought these for our 10x10 canopy tent for camping. They fit 3/4 of the way but it was enough to light our area. (Buy 2 if you want it to fit all the way plus down the middle). I say temperamental because at first they would not turn on, I was checking the wires and the bulbs (bulbs are plastic which is good for packing away for next camping trip) and it didn't seem to want to turn on. I was sad, then as the night went on they would turn on! Then turn off and on every 15min or so. Finally we discovered that the solar panel is extremely sensitive to light and as soon as it senses light they shut off! Realized our camp fire was triggering it🤦🏽♀️so make sure after your solar panel gets the most sun it's placed somewhere dark afterwards and you shouldn't have an issues! Overall they are very nice, not extremely bright and easy to pack away. Don't forget to get clips or something to keep them hung (Velcro strips, zip ties, carabiner clips) solar panel has its own clip or the option to stand in the ground.

Booooo… they don’t work.
The media could not be loaded. I was so excited for these solar lights…1 - because I’m 28 now and I find a lot of joy in ordering home products and then talking about them with my friends, and2 - because I was ready to be sitting on my patio this summer with a refreshing bevvy in my hand, vibing (is that still a word?)I was, dare I say… looking forward to retiring my old ways of bar hopping until 2AM and asking my uber driver if someone has ever thrown up in his car before? But seeing as how these lights are a complete bust, I will take this as a sign that the universe is telling me… DON’T THROW IN THE TOWEL, GET OUT THERE, LOSE YOUR FRIENDS AT THE BAR, GIVE THAT RANDO YOUR NUMBER, YES YOU CAN TAKE ONE MORE SHOT, INSIST ON PANCAKES BEFORE YOU GET HOME… TRY AGAIN FOR THE PATIO LIGHTS NEXT YEAR!

DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY!!!
UPDATEI've had these for a few months now the update is they're only getting worse I kind of last night and after being in the Sun all day long charging they laughed at 47 minutes. Do not buy these they are worthless. There's other brands and I wish I had bought the same brand I had bought the first time that 1 last 7 and a half hours after the lights went off. So you have these cheap junk that lasts 48 minutes or spend 4 extra dollars and get a much much better pair these are worthless I'm gonna go end and take they're actually embarrassingbought a pair last year and the actual Pole that the solar panel sits on is too small now so it's really don't like the way it goes on now. When I bought it last year they should have kept it that way instead of cheeping out. So it only get 3 stars this time.

Highlights & lowlight
I initially bought one of these & tried them out for a few days. Ordered a second one because I was really happy with how bright & long they stayed lit. The second order came & im not kidding on setting it up the clip that holds the solar panel broke. It’s still usable but talk about disappointing. These come with a stake to use in the ground or a clip to attach to fence or whatever. So the first set is clipped to my fence by my gate and looks awesome. The second set has the solar panel dangling and at night looks great. I’m waiting until better weather (it’s been raining) and I’ll figure out a better way to hang that second set. I guess I’m just saying be careful with that clip & for the price I guess I shouldn’t be that upset. They do look great and they light up a few different ways so that’s really nice.

Wow lights.
Wow. I am a total cheap person and don’t like spending extra amounts of money for something. I originally bought another solar string light that was very beautiful however the bulbs were really small and so was length. I realize I need to invest in more lights for underneath my patio and I also have children and a lot of the times the neighborhood children will come over to my house and my tree has exposed roots so I really wanted something that will light up that area of my tree that will give everybody the ability to see those roots and not make them such a tripping hazard at night because I love hanging out in my backyard. I was completely wowed by these lights I bought four of them because it was in my vision that I wanted a string of lights coming off of each pillar that I had onto my tree and it lights up the entire backyard it’s just so light back there it’s so gorgeous I love these lights they are worth it. The only reason I gave them a four-star under Durability is because I just purchased them and I don’t know how well they will hold up I am located in Virginia Beach Virginia so that will give you an idea of what weather these lights will go through and I will try to update this if for some reason these don’t hold up but if you don’t see an update then they’re holding up.

Great value for the money.
I have a string of LED lights of the AC 110 volt variety, but I wanted a solar version to use while camping to put around an EZ-UP type cover. I had looked at some that were in the $30-$40 range. These had 15LED lights. I then saw the Magictec version for less than $15. It has 3 less LED lights, but is at least 1/2 the price. Plus, I liked the idea of being able to secure the solar panel in the ground with the included stake or attach it to an object with the included spring clamp. It would be much more convenient to attach it to the awning when camping. When I first received the lights, I tried turning them on, but nothing happened. I thought the rechargeable battery might need to be charged. Then I remembered someone mentioning that it has a built-in light detector, so I went into a dark room and turned it on. It immediately lit up. All bulbs lit up. I haven’t timed how long they will stay on yet. I need to leave the solar panel out for at least 4-5 hours. It has several modes, but I prefer the solid light mode. This is ideal for campers who would like a little light under their awnings in the evenings. You can’t beat the price.
