I have been looking at this kitchen tool for years. I love the design. Still do. The metal is not as thick as I expected it to be. The handle grip is a little odd, since it is open all of the way thru. But it makes cleaning simple. I have used it and do like it. I am not certain I love it in actual use. Time will tell.

Amazon sent me what seems like a used-item, full of small and big scratches on the inner surface and some discoloration happening along the edges. I bought this as a gift and could not embarrass giving this as a gift so had to return. Bummed about this experience and having to make a trip to a UPS store or USPS to return this.In terms of the product itself, I may buy it in the future at an offline shop where I can actually see the condition of the product being sold. I would not recommend buying this item from Amazon.

Saw this when looking for the same type item in the Italian Alessi line of kitchen products which believe it or not was 10 times the price and almost identical. Solid product!!

Not as useful as I had hoped. Hard to hold and pasta measurer is useless.

This item is genius, I first saw it in Vienna in an art school shop and bought one for everyone I know for Christmas.
