Bought this hat for welding and it's extremely flammable, more likely to set yourself on fire wearing it! Really dangerous for welders who haven't tested the hat prior to welding.

to thin burnt already very thin material

Nothing wrong with the cap (it seems fine and just the job), but the cap came in a cellophane bag, inside a plastic bag, sealed inside another almost identical plastic bag, all inside the outer envelope. i.e. three layers of plastic. It makes you think what’s the point in even trying with the environment when Amazon do this kind of thing.
