Comfortable material but uncomfortable shape especially under the arms. Acts as a strong reminder of posture correction and can be adjusted to suit the size of your body with Velcro-type straps.It is a little difficult to put on if you have troubles with movement in your arms/shoulders/upper back as the straps can be difficult to reach and shorten if movement is an issue.If set up correctly is can be painful (rubbing) under the arms but when in the correct postural position it eases off. Also, if it is too tight it can cause rubbing under the arms.I wouldn't avoid using/buying it, but maybe shop around a little more.

Had intense neck and shoulder pain when at work. Bought this product as its discreet and can hide under my uniform. Instant neck pain relief. Can only wear for so long as it causes underarm discomfort when you tighten the straps. Only wear a couple of hours a day.

At first I found it fiddly to use then I found the trick to get it on with ease. Put your arms through in front of you raise them up over your head and let the Posture Corrector slide down into place on your back. Then pull the two straps in front of the shoulders to adjust the position by pulling up or down. Very happy with the device, I use it for half a day every day, especially when i work at my laptop. My family says the change in posture is noticeable. The only drawback i find is that living in Thailand it can get a bit warm under the pad on my back why i tend to only wear it indoors for office work. Hence the 4 stars for comfort.

Easy to use but I think may fit some body types better than others. I got this as feeding my newborn was causing daily shoulder pain and it seems to be assisting
