Don't listen to other reviewers, these REALLY work.
Earbuds fall out of my ears. It's just my anatomy. It sucks, no wireless for me, so I've only used Bose wired SoundSport for this reason. But I recently started a new job where wired earbuds are not usable AND I NEED MY SICK BEATS YO. What's a weird eared girl to do?Tried my son's IconX, fell out, not loud enough. Tried my husband's Beats, loud, fell out, no battery life, no charging case. Tried my daughter's iThings, fell out, not loud, ugh, iSucks. Read a billion reviews and bought JabraElite Active Sport earbuds. Super loud, great battery life, great charging case, FELL OUT. Saw in reviews these things made almost any earbuds noise-canceling AND not fall out, so for $19.99 I'm in.These are AMAZING. Perfect fit, stay in--no more $150 earbud falling out and rolling across a concrete floor--and I truly cannot hear ANYTHING with these in now, not even turned all the way up! Great on treble, bass, all the equalizer settings. Can't speak for comfort because as long as I can hear my music nothing bothers me (kinda laughing at all the big babies who wrote their "ears hurt" from earbuds or headphones...what?!! Have a 10 lb. baby and then tell me about pain, boo freaking hoo).A lot of reviewers also complained they fell apart. Well, I've been using the first pair in the 3-pack for 5+ hours a day for 2 months and they're still perfectly fine. Do you people clean out your ears on the regular?! I mean, gross. Eew.So yesterday I couldn't find my Jabras so I used my son's IconX Samsungs, and when the right one fell out I immediately ordered the Comply tips for his earbuds. Can't live without these now, but then again I do clean my ears regularly. Maybe put some q-tips in your cart next time?

Nice but almost too tight.
These are great if your ear canal is large enough. They are very snug for small ear canals. I think they lend to a better fit. They are great for noice canceling on a plane trip.

First pair has broken in a week...
Ordered these for my Anker Soundcore Neo using Comply's website to verify they would fit. Fit pretty well on the earbuds, fit pretty well in the case, and in my ears. They form a great seal and are extremely comfortable, but I have gone through a pair of these in about a week already. The foam surrounding the core has come off the main section twice, on two different buds. So far, it was a great introduction, but the re-usability seems to not be entirely there...Luckily I bought a three pack, so I should be good til the end of the year at this rate!

Very comfy
I dislike that they were too big for my ear.

Poor design and too small to make a good seal.
The foam loses its volume after approximately 3 uses. Once that happens, you spend the majority of your time failing to reestablish a good seal. I purchased my Jabra active for indoor cycling, and it feels as if the earbuds are constantly falling out. Truegrip is really Nogrip. Stick with the silicone Jabra tips as they're included with the earbuds. Also, $6.67 a set (3 pairs for $20)?

Bad size description, tired of spending money on tips that don’t fit.
Very frustrated. This is my 3rd set of Comply earbud tips I have purchased for my Jabra Elite Active 65t and so far they have all be disappointing due to the fact that they do not give any kid of size multi-pack of small, medium, large in the type I wanted to allow you to figure out what size you need and their size descriptions are very vague. I purchased the first set only to discover how much it made the Jabra protrude from my ear ruining the clean fit they create and the fact that it makes them harder to fit in the case so I ordered these ones knowing they were the newest model that solved both issues. Well unfortunately due to their vague small/medium and medium/large descriptions I decided to order the small/medium hoping it was either a multi pack with both small and medium tips, or at least thinking that since I generally wear medium side that they would still fit (I didn’t want to risk getting the medium/large and having them be too big).Of course I have now spent 40$ on tips alone and to discover that they are too small and do not create the right fit or noise reduction that they are made to do. I want to get the medium/large ones and hope they will have the fit I keep looking for but at this point I’m not willing to spend another 20, bringing the total to 60$, just in earbud tips alone, especially since the 40$ worth I currently have are essentially useless. I don’t need 3 of every freaking size when I don’t even know if they will fit me. Please just made a multipack of sizes so people can figure out which size fits the first time instead of wasting money over and over again just to figure it out.

Comfortable!
Fits great, seal so good in my ear that occasionally one will stay in my ear when I take the earbud out. Much more comfortable than the original ear gels the my 65t’s came with

Great fit, helps isolate outside sound
This is a nice upgrade to the tips that come with the 65t. They conform to the shape of your ear. You get a more comfortable fit and it blocks more of the outside world. The only drawback is that you have to take care in making sure that they are attached securely to the ear bud. Otherwise they will come off when you remove the ear bud from your ear.

Would buy again!
Really good fit on the SONY WF-1000XM3, fits on the device and into the charger very nicely. No problems with charging.I’ve had a little discomfort every now and then but nothing severe and only when I wear them to rgb very long periods.Secure enough fit that I’ve been able to go jogging with them which I wouldn’t have been able to with the factory supplied buds

Don’t waste your money trying to get the sizing correct.
I’ve been using Comply buds over the span of 4-5 earbuds and I have to say this particular range has been the absolutely worst.I’ve always used mediums but this medium/large doesn’t match the experience I had with my previous Comply tips. The seal is terrible and I’ve since gone back to the original silicone

Tried the Med/large to replace Jabra Large tip - no go, and no support.
Looking for a solution for replacing the Jabra 65t large tips which keep falling out. Tried ComplyFoam. Only size that looks possible is Med/Large, but thinking that this is using different material- foam, that the sizing might not be that important. After all there is only 2 sizes.Sadly the fit is worst than the original tips. Rolling and seating the tips in my ear for 30 seconds, but no tight fit, or seal, so sounds very tinny. After a while of exercise one or both fall out.More disappointing, jumped on the ComplyFoam website to get some support- ie, is there a larger size? but no response. There is no possibility of refund once the package is opened, though I have no idea how you test if the tips are right for you without doing so.Anyway, lesson learnt.

Great fit
I've used these on a few different totally wireless headphones now and they always give a great fit in my ear, making the headphones sound a lot better. Lick your fingers and rub them with moisture to give them a quick clean from time to time.
