Bought some in Italy and had used it all up. This Italian brand was a great substitute in an Italian Salad Dressing.

Love it for cooking, ramen, and dipping bread! Just enough flavor. Will try it a salad next ...

With stomach issues, I’m on both the FODMAP and low acid diets that don’t allow garlic. I used garlic in a lot of recipes so I was really discouraged. In fact, I prefer this method over regular fresh garlic in any recipe that also calls for oil.I tried 1 bottle of another brand of garlic olive oil, but this one is both tastier and cheaper per oz.
