Love Orbit products, these were exactly what I needed
Great for retrofitting irrigation stations to drip for xeriscape projects.(remember, there is no "zero"scape like most people seem to say)My emitter heads were popping off with way too much pressure.

Replaced pressure reducer that lacked a filter with this unit.
The company that converted our grass irrigation zone into a drip zone installed an in-line pressure reducer and buried it underground. I replaced that pressure reducer with this one and installed a water box to allow access.

Perfectly regulated my zone for drip system
I can easily turn on my irrigation zone for my window boxes and hanging plants now with my existing Rachio Irrigation controller from amywhere in the world and automatically as well.

Replaced broken regulator
I purchased this to replace the exact unit that had failed by the top filter housing breaking where it mates up with the housing. I'm hoping the reason it failed was the water pressure was too high. I installed a pressure regulator upstream to bring the pressure down to 40psi.

Important info they don’t give you
1) it’s only a stainless valve internally, case is plastic2)Input /output are 1” threads3) this is mostly a filter, with a pressure reducing plug in the output side4) replacement filters are not cheap5)requires additional pressure regulator to make sure pressure to unit is +/- 60 lbsOverall, I’m a little un impressed with these and I’ve just opened the package

It works as expected
The only thing bad was connecting to the rest of the Orbit system. Orbit didn't make it easy to connect so It ended up way longer than the meter box so I bought a larger one to fit.
