This is a great little amp with way more power than I had expected. I'm using it to power some 8 inch ceiling speakers that handled 100 W RMS. I figured I would go with a little larger amp to make sure they weren't under powered. I ended up barely having to turn on the amp at all in order to max out the speaker volume, or at least any volume that anyone would ever want to listen. There is no noticeable distortion, Tons of power, great price. I will definitely buy another one in the future, although probably a lower power output the next time around.

Makes a lot of power without using much power. It merely gets warm at continuous full power. Sound quality is great. Does indeed make its rated power when supplied with its maximum input voltage.

Lasted a month - worked well - then the left channel failed.

Terminals are too small for 14AWG speaker wire. Also has a very faint high pitched beeping sound. I used this for ceiling speakers and ended up putting a smart switch to turn this off when not in use so I wouldn't hear the background sound.

It does indeed perform as an amplifier. I haven't done exact measurements but I can tell you I have connected it to two Alpine SPJ-161C2 6" Coaxial Car Speakers pretty much effortlessly with just 5V. I've got it connected in my vehicle with 12V.However, there is a constant high pitched squeal which sounds like some sort of feedback. I tested it with three different power sources (Laptop USB, Wall Charger USB, & 12V Fused) and all power sources yield the same exact squeal. It's definitely a component issue.

Used amp to replace blown amp in an atv speaker system...... this thing kicks...... so far so good

This thing works great. It nice and loud. I used it in my truck and hooked a table up to it. The only thing wrong with this is reading the labels for the hookups. If the labels were on the back of it I would give 5 stars.
