The pillows are excellent, they are soft but too soft and offer great support for my neck and i am sleeping better because I finally found a pillow with the perfect support.

This is the umpteenth pillow I’ve tried. In other words, I’ve lost count. And finally, this is THE one. The firmness and softness can be tailored to my preferences simply by removing the filling if the pillow seems too firm -as the manufacturer notes; . I didn’t need to do that. Yes, these pillows aren’t cheap but the quality totally justifies the price (and I’m someone who normally shops for bargains). They’re durable. . And while this isn’t likely to apply to you, they were the ONLY pillows my spouse could stand after open heart surgery. He could actually sleep through the night, not an easy feat for a heart surgery patient. They made a world of difference. For this reason alone (but there are plenty of others), I highly recommend these pillows.

I want to impart my first 14 days with this product upon you, if I can. Here's my profile for comparison: - I have a big, heavy head - I sleep on my side and sometimes my belly - I run hot, and can't stand sleep-goods that don't breathe This is the best pillow I've ever owned, so far, with one caveat. The firmness is just right for me. It's supportive without nagging. It doesn't try to force my neck to do anything it doesn't want to, but it also doesn't let my head sink right down to the mattress. This pillow supports you like a good friend - just enough without crossing any lines. It breathes, too. It breathes like a meditation instructor: thoroughly. I've had solid memory foam pillows before that caused and soaked enough sweat as to be unsanitary before long - not this. It stays temperate and comfortable in spite of my best efforts to the contrary. Now for the caveat. The smell. Right out of the package, it's not great. It smells stale, but a level beyond simply being stale, it smells like it's making things near it smell stale. It's almost like a chemically induced stale smell. It's like an amplified version of the distinct scent of warm, wet cardboard box filled with worn socks that has been allowed to dry just a bit. And it's strong. I've aired this thing out, covered it in two cases, sprayed it with fabric odor killer, and even now it persists somewhat, though greatly diminished. Why didn't I return it? This is what shredded memory foam smells like. I have a "bean bag" chair from Sumo that's filled with the same stuff and it smells exactly the same. By matter of volume, that chair hasn't completely aired out in the 6 months we've owned it, either. This is, I think, the nature of the beast. Give it time and cope with it, it will go away. I have to dock a star for that though. To conclude, this is an amazing pillow. It's not perfect, and anyone who is sensitive to smells should be very wary.

This is a terrific pillow. My old memory foam pillow had given out, leading to muscle tension and headaches. I replaced it with this -- the difference is that this pillow is not a solid hunk of memory foam. I haven't had a neckache or related headache since. It fills the gap between my neck and the sleeping surface very nicely, supporting my neck and avoiding that muscle fatigue.

Pillow is fine, though not revolutionary. Flattens rather quickly, but can be revived for a day or two by washing and drying it. Lack of pillow case makes washing and drying a chore.

This is the second time I've bought these pillows and I've loved them each time! The directions tell you to put the pillow(s) in the dryer for 15 minutes, but I've noticed that manually plumping them first makes the pillow much fluffier/firm once it comes out of the dryer. The over fill the pillows, but allow you to take some of the fluff out of you need, but I love how thick it is! My last pillows are still nice, but I needed more for a second bed we got, so we swapped these out, so they are nice and durable. While these do cost a decent amount of money, they are worth every penny! It keeps cool on hot nights and it is easy to clean! I will keep buying from this company as long as they keep selling these amazing pillows.

This pillow helped my wife sleep again ! No more stiff neck and pain in the morning ! Highly recommend this pillow ! No initial smell to it either. It provides a very enjoyable sleep ! Not the magic sleep it was hyped up as. I found it lumpy and uncomfortable. Removing stuffing means the remaining is loose in the case making it even lumpier instead of just thinner.

Amazing pillow! Super comfortable! Exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend to those seeking a good sleep.

Wouldn’t be a good pillow if it cost $50 bucks, much less $200.

Purchased this as I need a slim pillow and it is advertised as such. It is in fact thicker than the "full" pillows my wife uses. I tried it out nevertheless ,but woke up after 3 hours with a sore neck. Fortunately my wife is able to cut it open, remove about 50% of the filling and seal it by inserting a zip. Not done yet, but hopefully this will resolve it.
