These little face washing capsules are $1.00 a piece so I don't use them at home. I use them when I am staying overnight in my camper or traveling to the mountains. We go up there several times a year so these will come in very handy. Each capsule twists open and has enough oil to completely cover my face and neck. The scent is a little funky. It's medicinal and pretty strong. I am not fan of it. I massage the oil into my skin and it removes dirt and makeup like a boss. It rinses off clean with no residue and leaves my face feeling super clean. The oil doesn't strip my skin like traditional cleansers but my face does feel a little tight after patting it dry. I have very dry skin so I am not surprised.I like these capsules even though Eve Lom don't disclose a full ingredients list. I like what is NOT in them and I like what they disclose is in them. I also like how they get my skin so very clean without the need to scrub or use soap. The container of 50 capsules is pricey as I said above but, if I had the money, I would use these twice a day. I will stick with my less expensive face wash at home and these indulgent capsules for my away days. They're convenient, effective, and leave my skin glowing. But the scent takes getting used to.

I’m torn ONLY because of the price tag on this one, but do these little capsules work? YUP! I like them FAR better than my cleansing cloths to remove stubborn eye makeup, as even the softest of those, are not nearly as gentle as these little miracle capsules. The area under the eyes is thin and prone to wrinkling, so being gentle is super important to me!These leave my skin soft and scrumptious, but the price tag is a high one. I’d certainly rebuy these when I am finished, if it were in the budget. If they go on sale I will snag them for sure, cause they are amazing! I’d love to own the entire line.We’ll see.. I have to talk to my accountant AKA hubby, lol, but if you can afford these—- go for it! They truly do work very well. They get 5 stars for effectiveness and quality, and lose 1 star for the high cost, but I DO recommend them. They DO work so well!4 solid stars! I got the 50 count of the EVE LOM | Cleansing Oil Capsules - Oil Based Cleanser. Even though this isn't the travel size, I think these capsules are good for travel. I can throw the exact number I need in my toiletry bag. At home, I prefer oil in a pump. I find the capsules a bit messy to deal with, and they contain more oil than I usually use at once. There is more than enough oil in each capsule to clean my face and neck.The oils used are extremely aromatic. There's something almost savory about the scent, as well as being overpoweringly herbaceous. I don't really enjoy it. Anyone sensitive to specific plant oils should definitely be sure to double-check the ingredients list (which unfortunately isn't listed in the Amazon description at this time).The oil cleanser is effective. It does not strip my skin, but still leaves it soft and clean.I'd probably like these capsules more without the smell and if they just came in a pump bottle. But I'll definitely keep these in my travel bag.

I ordered this travel size primarily to try the product. While the product seems to work fine and I have been happy with the results after three days - what was not as described was the count. I received 13 capsules instead of the 14 noted in the product description and on the package. I submitted a request to send a message to the seller and never had a response. Amazon simply says they cannot do anything - so please know before you order that while $2 per capsule is expensive - it is even more expensive when you do not receive all of them.

These little oil bombs dispense the perfect amount of oil cleanser which can be used on its own or as the first step in a double cleanse routine. This removes all of my makeup, including my mascara, easily. It feels silky smooth and does a wonderful job. Just snap this top of the capsule off and then press the oil into your skin in circular motions, then rinse with warm water and pat dry. I use a Korean cotton cloth that is disposable which is perfect for keeping everything clean and bacteria-free. I have super dry skin and this is very hydrating. It left my skin clean and feeling wonderful.
