My daughter is right on the edge of transitioning from a bottle to a sippy cup. We have tried a few different kinds of sippy cups but hadn't found one that she liked. She can't quite figure out how to use ones with straws, and she's not quite strong enough to use the types where she needs to bite down on them. But this cup really works for her and she seems to love it! This cup is about the same size as her current bottles so holding onto it isn't an issue. The nipple is soft enough that she is able to operate it with no hassle. She still struggles with getting too much liquid at a time for her to handle, but she is starting to figure it out and she seems to be really enjoying herself. We have started giving her a sippy cup of either formula or water with her dinner every night. The only slight negative (and I do mean slight) is that the bottle does say that it is spill proof which is mostly true. However, if she drops the bottle and it lands nipple side down, the nipple is soft enough to deflect and leave behind a few drops of liquid. Don't know that I would consider this a "spill", but it is still a few drops which can still be annoying depending on the liquid. Overall really pleased and would recommend to anyone struggling to find a sweet spot between sippy cup and bottle like we were.

love the fact that it comes with a small lid to cover the spout! definitely a faster flow and not leak proof, but my 18 month old really likes these cups. easy to clean and assemble/disassemble, holds a good amount of liquid, and easy for her to hold onto and drink out of. decent price for 2 sippys

We like this cup a lot! Easy to clean and small/light enough for baby to hold on their own. They do leak so it’s best to put the top on if your child isn’t using it at that time. Cute colors. Not many parts to keep up with. Price friendly. Would purchase again.

My youngest needed to transition from a bottle but was resisting because she didn't like the hard spouts of most sippy cups. With this soft-top cup she was able to make the swap just fine, and it aerates well without overwhelming her with volume like some other cups. It is mostly leak/drip proof, but since the top is flexible, if it's thrown off a high chair or dropped when being carried around, it can bend the spout when it lands and splatter a few drops. It is still a functional and drip resistant little cup after months of continuous use. It's easy to clean and holds a good volume. Nice idea that it came with a top, but honestly we don't use it since these cups stay in the fridge when not in use. The spout design keeps it closed when not in use so what's in it doesn't spoil, even with the top off. We have other more drip resistant cups for traveling (especially now that she will use a hard spout cup) but these are great for in the house. Would definitely recommend for transitioning from a bottle to a sippy cup with a minimal amount of mess.

Philips Avent is tried and true for delivering purposeful, quality products you can depend on. Philips Avent My Easy Sippy Cup is no exception. This is a product I continue to repurchase. Not due to product defect, but due to common user error. If left unwashed for too long, nipples will suffer inevitable discoloration and retain odor as plastic does when improperly cared for. Children have a tendency to chew on nipples causing defect, or misplace vital pieces. I am sure replacement pieces can be found online. However the price is justifiable for full replacement as well. I simply repurposed my lidless cups as open cups for my growing child. I am pleased with this purchase and would recommend to other moms looking for convenient, easy to use, mess free sippy cups.
