Hey, I can't say anything bad about this product. Every time I see the flag the stands on the pole, it fills my heart with pride. Pride for the country we live in, so great, so, strong. And to anyone that thinks America is a bad, horrid, disgusting country, will have changed their mind after seeing the flag the hangs on it.

This was a major upgrade from my previous flag. This one is truly tangle free (does not wrap around the pole as long as you leave the clear ring not clamped down as designed). Flag is large, has bright colors and light looks professional. Excellent product.

This flag kit is so utterly fantastic! It is just as advertised. The metal pole is totally metal with no plastic at all. All pieces for assembly were included and all screw holes fit the screws. I just assembled the kit and flew it today. I wanted to make sure it really did not "furl" in a high wind so I stood and watched it for about four minutes . I allowed several strong windy gusts to take the flag over the pole and create the dreaded knot. It did not happen! How shocked I was, having had bad experiences with inferior items. The flag went over the pole and straight down to be completely waving again. Awesome! I must also note the high quality of the flag, which is 70% polyester and 30% cotton. The cotton adds body and gives the feel of light canvas. I live in the Gulf Coast area and experience terrible humidity most of the time. Sometimes in the past, even "color fast " flags have "bled". Thistime I lightly sprayed a little Scotch Guard on both sides. It probably wasn't needed, but it didn't hurt it and it did make me feel better. The packaging was also superb. Thank you so much for such a very high quality American product. You've made us proud.

Fed up with constantly having to unfurl my economy flag, I was estatic when my Grace Alley Spinning Flag Pole Kit arrived on my doorsteps! Taking it out of the box was like Christmas morning! Overall, I love the look and unfurling function of the flag pole. I've flown the flag for two days and have not had to unfurl the flag once. The pole seems sturdy and does what it promises. If I could only rate the pole, it gets five stars.The flag itself is a printed (non-embroidered) polyester/cotton blend lightweight flag made in the USA. I'm hoping it'll last at least a couple of years. I plan to install a solar flag light on the flag pole to present Old Glory 24/7. The only time I'll bring the flag in is when it rains. Four stars for the flag.The flag pole bracket also seems very robust and does a good job holding the flag pole in place. If I were to nitpick, I would wish that the tightening screw was all metal instead of half plastic. The bracket gets 4.5 stars.There are two issues that I would like to bring to the attention of Grace Alley. First of all, the included screws for mounting the flag pole bracket were very low quality. Every one of them stripped as I was trying to screw them into my wooden fence. I had to run to my local hardware store for some stronger, galvanized screws.Next, the plastic lower grommet flag clip is the weakest part of this otherwise great flag pole. Since it's made of the cheapest quality plastic, I don't expect it to last very long before I'll have to come to Amazon to look for replacement clips. By the way, Grace Alley doesn't sell these clips individually. If they break due to exposure to the elements, then I guess I'm out of luck! For the mounting accessories, I rate them only two stars.Since I paid over $40 for a flag pole kit, I expect better quality than something that I would find at Wal-Mart. In conclusion, I think that Grace Alley produced a decent product but fell short by cutting corners on the mounting screws and bottom grommet flag clip. Thank you for listening.UPDATE: My flag has been up since my initial review, and the flag has yet to get tangled up. I've installed a Hampton Bay solar flag light (available online at the Orange home improvement store) on the pole so the flag is showcased 24/7. It works great, and I'm proud of my flag. When the plastic lower grommet clip does get brittle and break, I will replace it with metal hose clamps.

The flag quality is just ok, but the whole assembly is working very well. I have never had luck with flags in the past. They always wrapped themselves around the pole. Even through a wind storm, this flag setup stayed tangle-free.

This company is a joke. They delivered a product on May 5 and by June 23 the bracket that holds the flag broke from the wind. They say it has a one year warranty, but it’s only for the flag. Oh, and the flag came out of the package all frayed. I had to cut the threads because they were getting caught on the bracket and the pole. Pole is plastic, too. Buyer beware.

this kit is just about perfect. the adjustable wall mount allows me to mount the flagpole at any angle, with a simple adjustment. the hardware was adequate (there was one screw that wouldn't nest inside the mounting hole, but all four screws held fast). the swivel pole essentially guarantees the flag will never get wrapped or tangled around the pole. the flag itself is made from a very durable material (it feels almost like the canvas of a mil-spec rucksack) but is very light and rides the wind perfectly. its colors are very bright, and it still looks new after the first month of use.this kit will give any front porch or entryway the patriotic touch you're looking for. and the price is great, considering you need to buy literally nothing else to set this up. just make sure you have a light for nighttime viewing, or that you bring the flag in after sunset, and you're all set!
