There was a delay to install the radio. We are at day 41 from when the radio was received. As soon as it was powered up, the radio would receive but not transmit. That's a huge problem! Amazon referred me to Wired Fox Technologies because they are the third party seller. 'Candra' from Wired Fox emailed and said they could not issue a refund or even offered to switch out the radio because it was after the 30 days. Told me to contact Standard Horizon for assistance. BAD customer service.

I like it it’s a nice simple radio seems to be good quality and well built so far it’s taken a beating and keeps working this is exposed to the elements salt water environment

This is a great upgrade to my boat. Works well and fit perfect where I wanted it mounted! It is operator friendly.
