Great Magnetic Ground Clamp!
Was using a Hobart magnetic ground clamp before ordering this one. This Magnetic ground is of amazing quality has a super strong magnet and has a side cutout to easily attach to pipe or square tubing. What I like is the fin design that allows it to dissipate heat so it doesn't get too hot and lose its magnetism. You can also easily just turn the knob to turn off the magnet allowing you to easily remove the ground and easily clean any metal that is attached to the magnet. Overall this Magnetic ground is heavy and looks to be very well built I will order some more for my plasma and other machines. Highly Recommend this product!

Easily installed
Easily installed and it works great for a ground

It has its place. but
This item will be useful for some things, but it's not very strong and just the weight of the ground wire tends to want to pull it off if it's not perfectly seated on something. I would think the magnet should be a lot stronger. especially for the money. I am considering returning it.

Perfect
Perfect edition to my new TIG. Not always somewhere to clamp the factory “ground”. This on-off magnet makes connecting the circuit easy!

The magnet works well, sticks upside down and sideways. It provides ground contact even on difficult cases. Perhaps a little stronger magnet would be good for some cases.
