This shelving unit is NOT "heavy duty" as described in the product description. I neglected to read the details completely before ordering, but the poles' width is 0.75 inch instead of the regular 1 inch poles one typically can get at the local hardware store. Regarding the wire shelves, although the per-shelf capacity is rated at 250 lbs, the wire shelving start to sag if you put any measurable weight on the shelf.Customer service is great however. I had issues with the top shelf being bent in each of the 2 boxes upon delivery, the replacement parts were delivered relatively promptly with no hassle.I decide to keep these racks for use as "light duty" shelving, and place heavy items on my other existing shelves.

Tried to save a few bucks, but you get what you pay for. The wiring for the shelves were wanting to bend as I was lifting the shelves out of the box. I won’t put anything more than a few pounds on each shelf.

I already have two other of the same. The shelf height is easily adjustable.
