Outstanding Customer Service and Quality Product
I received my original order back in April but didn't need it at that time. I loaded up the new cartridges this past Thursday and they wouldn't work. I tried everything but nothing worked. I called Smart Ink and was talking to Andrew in under three minutes. He tried to help but he determined that HP had updated their software after I received my order. So we tried to backdate my printer but due to a very old Windows laptop we couldn't download the file to fix it.So what did Andrew do? Give up? Tell me he's sorry? Nope, he offered to send me a new updated set of cartridges. I got them last night and just installed them. Perfect. No issues with my printer, and print quality is no different than with HP's ink. I am totally satisfied with the service I received from Andrew and Smart Ink. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Stellar Customer Service
I purchased these cartridges for my HP printer in an effort to save some money on ink. Unfortunately the print job was poor and the green document I was attempting to print was coming out yellow. I reached out to tech support by scanning the QR code on the cartridge and was connected to Alyssa. She was able to provide me with clear instructions on how to troubleshoot and clean the printhead on my printer. The test pages determined that the cyan cartridge was faulty as all other colors appeared to print well. Alyssa offered to send me new cartridges in an effort to get me a better quality print. She asked that I follow up with her once they’re received to ensure they’re working as intended. I have not received them yet but I’m impressed with the level of customer service. It was quick, attentive, and thorough. Their follow through is appreciated. I really hope the new cartridges work out because this is the type of business that I’d like to continue to support.

Good Product / Great Service
I ordered four cartridges earlier this month. I installed the Black Cartridge a week ago; it worked fine. I installed the remaining colored cartridges yesterday morning and two were defective (one had leaked and one would not work. I assume it was a chip issue). I called Smart Ink yesterday afternoon and Kevin from Customer Care responded very quickly. After a number of questions and a review of my actions, he concurred that, indeed, I had two bad cartridges, and he said he would replace ALL my cartridges; the entire order. This was more than I expected.Again, that was yesterday. The replacement cartridges arrived today around noon via Amazon. I installed them and they all work fine; really good print quality as well. Good Product / Great Service and Great Customer Care. The price was much, much less than the cost of genuine HP Replacement Cartridges and the quality seems about the same. I'll buy from Smart Ink again.

Super customer support!
This company is great. So is Alex from customer service. I had a problem with my HP printer. I had two new in the package HP cartridges that were expired but perfectly fine. About $130 worth. Called hp because the printer no longer recognizes their own proprietary cartridges. And they told me a 3 yr old printer which I don’t use often, is obsolete. (Well as usual we are a throw away society) they said basically I should sign up with their cartridge svc. Said no hung up. Went on Amazon to see what I could get for this computer at a low cost since I already lost $. So I ordered this companies product. Well when I put it in I had the same problem. So they gave me instructions on how to fix but I use a different operating system so I emailed Alex back and she said that she would send me another set. Now I am back in business. Thank you so much to this company. They care about getting you upAnd running.

Great product, superb customer support
The ink is working fine, prints as least as well as the "subscription service" ink from HP I was trying to get away from. Full story: the initial Smart Ink cartridges I ordered were not recognized by our HP printer and wouldn't work. HP and other big names in the industry change their cartridge codes frequently to try to shut out competition. Smart Ink knows this and responded almost immediately when I reached out for support; I think i heard from them about 2 minutes after I emailed them! They sent new cartridges free of charge that arrived less than a day later. MUCH cheaper, better quality, and better customer service than HP, and there is no pressure to subscribe to anything. Highly reccomend.

Works great with Hp printer
Cheaper than HP ink and works great! I’ve been using this brand for awhile now and I had one incident that the ink was not compatible with printer. I reached out to Smart customer service and they help me walk through to eliminate the problems. The result was my printer has automatic software installation so the ink would not be compatible bc HP is trying to force us to purchase through them. Smart Representative Ben sent me a new ink package and it’s running now. They recommended me to turn off auto- software installation, which I did.

That the company stands behind their products without any argument.
I had a problem with the black cartridge. For some reason no black ink was getting out. I called the customer service number and they said I would get an email which arrived while I was on the phone. They said a new pack was being sent out and it would be here in two days. I was very impressed with the very quick response.

Worked perfectly! Never buying HP again.
My HP Office Jet Pro 6978 wouldn't work with a set of HP "expired" cartridges so I tried a set of these. Followed the simple instructions included in the box to avoid the printer software rejecting the cartridges and everything works perfectly. The printer gave me a message about not being able to guarantee the quality of a third party cartridge but WHATEVER! I did a test print and the quality is top notch. I'm very impressed and I work in the communication / graphic arts industry.
