eBoot Plastic Ruler Straight Ruler Plastic Measuring Tool 12 Inches and 6 Inches, 2 Pieces

Purchased mostly for the 8 inch ruler for use in my field kit but both are good construction and not overly brittle as many are these days. Both are accurate when compared to a drafting scale and ruler.I'm an outdoorsman and wildlife artist who spends more time in the field than in a house (averaging over 280+ days a year) so look for durability foremost as well as accuracy. This item serves multiple capacities for me including measuring, sketchbook bookmark, and hand wrest over artwork in progress to prevent smudges. Weather, surviving travels outdoors in the woods in my pack, being knocked about at a campsite are just a few things this has to endure; and since arrival both are holding up well in my art kit. I hope the product stands up to summer heat but it has held up fine to sub freezing so far without becoming brittle.

I bought these because my last ruler was broken somehow. When I saw these I had to get them!! The 12" ones are great for normal everyday use. I love that there's a smaller ruler that I can throw into the drawer of my portables easel. Rulers always come in handy in the art world. So I'm really glad that this was a pair instead of just one ruler. It also helps that they're pink and adorable!

Its accurate measurement but in pink. Just what I was looking for.

I have a bunch of rulers of all different sizes. But the clear plastic ones are all with red print, which I find very difficult to see clearly. These new rulers have black print and are very visible. The combo of 6 inches and 12 inches provide me with most all things I need to measure. My only complaint (and this is true for most rulers) is that the have a little space at each end. I would love to find these rulers with exact measurements to the ends. I'm not sure why they don't.

Works great. I use it for straight lines in my artwork and it does help being able to see through the ruler itself. I haven't had any problems with the ruler. It's sturdy and I keep dropping it by accident.

These rulers are just what I wanted, flexible but not flimsy. I like that it is transparent and you can see what you are working on underneath the ruler. Good edge and drawing a nice straight line is easy with these rulers.I use ink pens for drawing Topo map lines and the ink wipes right off and does not stain the ruler.

I use these rulers to keep my lines straight when I am writing letters to preach the good news of God's Kingdom.
