Like some others, I note that these can flicker. Oddly, despite their claim they're not dimmable, ours dim. In fact, lowering the intensity to about 1/2 provides more illumination than their incandescent counterparts, and reduces the flicker to nearly imperceptible. I'm getting more.Also, re installation, they pop into place. Didn't take much effort. Did require proper orientation, so if they don't light up at first, reinstall by reversing their orientation. Voila.

Great LED that can be dimmed across a fairly wide range of intensity. It replaced a 50W bulb that ran very hot because of its small size. But be sure to measure the enclosure to be sure the replacement fits. It wasn't an issue for my application that wasn't especially tight. I wanted a true white light and that's what I got. I believe it is available in a warmer version as well. Starts instantly - even on my dimmer. Good deal to get two - although I have no reason to believe that I will need to install the second one anytime soon. That's why I didn't rate "longevity".

These bulbs were replacements to go in the fixture in my kitchen. They fit: same electrical connection, and a bit taller (5 rings of LEDs, while the old ones had 4), but there was clearance for them in the fixture. They seem a bit brighter than the ones they replaced, and I like that.

Have been looking for LED lights for a 1950’s multi arm lamp that used halogen bulbs. Many lighting stores told me either they don’t make LEDs for this lamp or they don’t carry them. These new bulbs work great and I am very happy with this product.

So far, so good!I got tired of constantly changing the old incandescent-style bulbs in my desk lamp.Looking to these for longer life, and lower energy consumption: Win-Win!

The bulbs arrived on schedule as expected. I easily Installed these bulbs to replace the original halogens. TheseLED bulbs run a lot cooler and I noticed that the cabinets don't get hot anymore. We are pleased with the bulbs.We have two settings on our appliance (low light and regular light), we noticed that these bulbs are perfect at the regular setting, however they have a very slight and barely noticeable flickering effect at the low setting. It does not bother us, because we keep it at the regular setting, thus the very slight flickering at low setting is not an issue with us. I still rate 5 stars.
