Used this product for the first time last week. Kept my carry on bag secure to my luggage as we traveled through airports. No more falling off the top of my luggage.

I’ve had a number of products similar to this one. Usually I get them from Marshall’s. I was in a pinch, so ordered this one from Amazon. It works, but it’s much more flimsy than all the others I’ve had.

Bungee part of strap not as thick or long as Travelon. I don't think it will last long. Travelon one broke after few years .

Broke on 1st try!

Used this to allow my backpack to ride on top of my wheeled luggage and it worked great for the first flight, but broke on the return flight. The stitching isn't made well and the material just ripped away at the stitching.

These are very poorly made, with cheap components and sloppy stitching. Look for an alternative.
