Fantastic yellow curry
I have always loved a curry I get from a local Thai place. Having wanting to replicate for a while I have tried many brands, and a few weeks ago I saw this when I was looking for that 5th item for my Subscribe and Save orders, I must say this is spot on and fantastic. I did use shrimp and beef in mine, fantastic all around.

OK, but watch the fish sauce....
I think this would have been better if there was less fish sauce - I dumped it all in and then they said to use less than a teaspoon. Ruined my batch it was so salty. Very disappointing. Ill just stick with getting it from the thai restaurants next time.

Very tasty and very easy version of my favorite Thai dish!
I recently visited a Thai restaurant in my town and ordered a dish I really loved and wanted to figure out how to make it. Although it was spelled differently I think it was based on Massaman curry.I've experimented with some purchased products and this is the best - so far. I highly recommend it.The flavor is savory and rich with a little kick to it, but not hot. The packaging is brilliant and attractive.The Recipe is very easy and very fast to complete.I will be ordering more soon.

Fantastic, Authentic Thai Curry
This is the real deal -- right off the streets of Bangkok! I can't praise the spicy flavor fullness of this curry sauce enough. Add fresh vegetables and simmer and you've got the best curry you'll find outside of a really good Thai restaurant here in the US, or in Thailand itself. It's particularly tasty with added frozen shrimp. Because it is authentic Thai it may be too spicy and savory for the typical blanched American palette. But if you love authentic Thai food Blue Elephant is for you.
