Comfortable, but not for high impact workouts...
These are sized correctly, but they are definitely not for high impact workouts; I’d say they’re for moderate workouts at best (IF you don’t do any running).

These were not high impact at all. I wanted to like them, but had to return.

Way to small didn't even fit my sister who wears a smaller size and i got the biggest size.

Closer to Medium Impact, still good quality
It felt like a high quality bra. My only problem is it felt like more of a medium impact bra for me personally. It's still a good buy though!
