Great product!
I was first introduced to this product by a clinical nutritionist in a health food store. I had hypoglycemic symptoms and he suggested I increase my protein I'm my diet but this one was best because of the rice protein base which is better than having processed soy like others or whey which I'm allergic to cause it's fermented. This powder made such a difference in balancing my blood sugar. I use it every morning with almond milk and banana. It's yummy and blends perfectly. It's great for me adding to my well balanced diet giving my body superior healthy protein!

Nutribiotic ROCKS!
GREAT!! HAVE BEEN USING THIS "PROTEIN POWDER" FOR MANY YEARS....LOVE IT!! Can't have many of the OTHER types of "protein powders" on the market; too many fillers, dairy (whey) and too many other ingredients in them!! 😇

Rice protein powder
I received the product in record time!I am accustomed to whey protein or plant protein powders and am new to Rice protein powder so the smell and taste was a little different than expected but I mixed it with almond milk and blueberries and had it for breakfast and amazingly kept me satisfied until about 1:00 pm which was really surprising as I am usually hungry again after a couple of hours. No bloating and was easy to digest, very low in calories!

Its ok but they changed ingredients
Couple of things here. First I had no idea this was only 1 lb $23 vs 3 lb $38. Not there fault but Amazon’s trickery of tagging “you bought 1 time” and instead of checking size I just bought it.Ok so I have ulcerative colitis. I basically can’t eat anything and if I do I generally won’t feel great but uncomfortable & sometimes pain. I was a huge fan of Rainbows protein drink but they had to take it off the shelves due to FDA disapproval of ingredients causing harmful long term effects. What was strange about that was I had to do alot of digging before I found that out and yes I suffered form these side effectsNowI’ve always loved this brand but they have changed the ingredients and now I can’t use it. Why? Because after drinking it I’m in pain and bloated for hours. It’s awful. What am I gonna do now?

Useful, safe, and affordable
I cannot eat soy or whey. So what's left? As a senior, protein is an important part of my diet. So I have been using this product almost daily for about 7 years. What people say in other reviews is true. You do have to shake it for several minutes to get it to dissolve. And the taste is not going to get on any gourmet lists anytime soon. So what? I don't love it, but I need it.Another advantage is that this product is reasonable in calorie and protein content. I am glad that they do not load it up with anti-clumping stuff. That is usually inulin. Anyone allergic to ragweed is also allergic to inulin (chicory), which is about 40% of the population. It's hard to find so-called health foods of any kind that are inulin-free.Another advantage is that it shelf-stable, convenient to keep. I buy it in bulk twice a year, put it into smaller, air-tight jars, and it keeps just fine. Also, if I bought from local stores or from the Nutribiotic site itself, I could not afford it. As long as this product qualifies for free shipping from Amazon, I can use it. .I am more fussy about my wallet than I am about shaking the product for a few minutes. This product, contrary to internet posts from several years ago, is safe. In 2011, claims were made that it tested with high lead levels. So I had my blood tested for lead before ordering. No problem. So, use it in good health!

What are you people talking about??
I did the Diobesity cleanse ([[ASIN:031612737X The Blood Sugar Solution: The UltraHealthy Program for Losing Weight, Preventing Disease, and Feeling Great Now!])and picked up this powder (never having tasted the whey or soy powders);this one is easy to digest. I was advised to use water OR soy OR almond milk. I opt for almond milk, 2 tbs ground flax seed, ice, and a 1/2 a banana; YUM.I guess if you just used water it wouldn't be great, but what would? Jeez!I'm no vegan, or diabetic, nor do I have serious health issues, I just wanted to reduce the inflammation I experienced (sinus issues, carpal tunnel, asthma). I make EVERY morning for my breakfast meal (hey, it's a LOT better than the McDonald's oatmeal and SF large iced coffee I used to get every morning). The powder is 55-60 calories, 2 tbs of flax= 90, almond milk=60, 1/2 banana=50ish calories for a grand total of 255 calories for breakfast. I can be off on the calorie count but I NO LONGER COUNT CALORIES (just eat less white stuff, more green stuff, WAY less sugar).I have lost 20 lbs. I've maintained the weight loss for four months now- no Problem. I haven't had milk or dry cereal since August and I don't miss them AT ALL. I love the chocolate shake (but you NEED the banana to bind the shake) and am hoping that I'll like the mixed berry shake so I can replace my late snack.
