Item was advertised as new but came used and smoke smell
Product delivered smelled like smoke and was used. To much of a hassle nos to return they want me to pay return shipping to Vegas from Canada. Never again.

FAKE
Ordered this because I've had good luck ordering other UGG products with Amazon, but there is always the risk of the product being fake. This one was definitely FAKE. I knew right away because the material was scratchy & thin, unlike regular UGG products. We returned it right away & ordered the real one directly from UGG.
