The adjustable LROM mechanism was a fun surprise. I also like that the tube can easily be removed.

Bad design
Works fairly well however the pump connection to the cold pack cover is in a bad place. When you put the straps on, one of the straps actually covers the pump connector so you have to push the strap down so you can make the connection. Bad design.

Would not stay in place. Just difficult and bulky.
