Weak support and poor software

Weak software crashes every time I launch. Contacted manufacturer and all I got was reload the software.. When that did not work it was we will let the software developers know.

After 50 years of barbeque exp, buy this!

Great Product!!!! Variable speed fan control, great remote smart phone app, well made. Remote unit can be separated if not using the app to monitor temp.
