This is a great pre workout. It mixes very easy, the flavor is just right, not overpowering and not to light. For me it kicks in about 20 min after consuming. There is a noticeable difference when I take it compared to when I forget to pack it in my gym bag. I have also noticed the more hydrated I am prior to using this, the better the results.

I have been using this for several months. I have used many other pre workouts but Pump N Grow is great for the price. The pump is substantial and last through the workout. It’s great for me because it’s stim free. I don’t need a stim for every workout. When I need a stim I stack it with Nuclear Armageddon

This is an excellent pre-workout. The flavors of both the Fruit Punch and Au Natural are quite good, actually some of the better pre's I've had. The flavors are not abrasive or overpowering and the formula gives a good pump. Really enjoying these!

Great product! This is what I am looking for a product without caffeine but very effective. I hate caffeine because it's not good for the heart!This is a no flavor product & I didn't try it as it is because I have my flavored Crystal Light to make it a good taste!I recommend this product for those who doesn't want a caffeine! Trust me it's good enough to get what pump you're looking for! Take note: It's a caffeine free!

You will get a slightly performance by using this product as described on the label. Pro tip: if your nutrition isn't on point, then I would suggest investing your money on good quality food rather on this product.

Non stim but I stack it with a 200mg caffeine pill. Great pumps and love the no crash or jitters. Best product and on auto buyfor me.Edit: what happened to the Au Naturale? The orange flavor is bitter and unpleasant, bring back the unflavored station, please!

Oh man where do I begin!? The pumps are as good if not better than stim pre-workouts. No more three hour sweats, blood pressure spikes, headaches, bathroom sprints(with some), or dying fatigue feeling with aerobic exercises. The taste is so good. It tastes as good as it smells, it almost reminds me of an orange creamcicle. The vanilla hint and fruit flavor. I have already introduced this to my buddies at work. Everyone is catching on. Please dont stop making this pre-workout. Thanks ~Josh
