I have used a sublingual wild yam product, but think that I was not really absorbing it well. I did a little research and thought I would try Femarone 17. It has really helped with my hot flashes. much more consistent than the other product I used, and it is less expensive per dose, which is a bonus! So far, so good! And there is hardly any smell either, which I appreciate. Thanks so much!

Wise Essentials has great products for women seeking a natural hormone replacement! I'm in my late 30's and I believe this natural progesterone is a real necessity to help take the edge off & regulate my monthly hormonal symptoms (mood swings and disrupted sleep in particular) and has promoted better sleep for me as it replaces lost hormones that occur as we age. I've been using this brand for about 2 years and have found it to work wonders as did my former brand of natural progesterone hormone replacement, but I switched out of necessity. I use it twice a day and if I miss for some reason, I usually regret it! It's really like a girl's best pal! I have used this unscented cream for several years and it has worked well. My issue is the new scent bothers me and causes slight itching of my skin. I want the unscented back.

Due to my PCOS I have extremely irregular periods, among other things. So, it's advised to take either progesterone pills or use a cream to help with that. I have been using this a couple weeks now and have seen some positive results. I have been having some actual menstrual-type cramps and bleeding.For some, they may think that I'm lucky not to my your period or why would these symptoms be a good thing? Well, when you're only in your 30's and have been trying to conceive for 10 years and counting, you desperately want your period to get back on track so that it can happen before it's too late! So yes, I was very happy to have period-like symptoms. It only lasted a couple days, so far, but it has given me hope.I have been using this twice a day (1/2 pump per use) and plan to use for 21 days (so another week) and then stop until the next month. Hopefully, between the day I stop and the next month, I'll have a period of some sorts. If not, I'll just try again next month. Since my hormones are SO off balance, I know it may take some time to work on them.I've had great success with progesterone in the past but stopped due to financial reason. Now, I'm hoping that this will help to get me back on track. I also haven't been having nearly as many hot flashes or headaches as I used to have and my skin has been a lot clearer (hormonal acne is such a pain). I'm post menopausal and apply this product 3 weeks out of every month. It works for those pesky hormonal symptoms. When I forget to use it for a month or so, the symptoms come back and remind me to get back to it.

I've been going NUTS due to night sweats (3-4 a night)! I use 1/2 a pump in the morning and 1/2 a pump @ night and I'm down to no sweating and a couple of warm spells throughout the day. It took about 2 weeks or so to level off, but I'm feeling SO much better!
