These Ankel weights are of 2kgs as mentioned and yes it works, for warnings I must include the material is thick polyester like so, plus don't use is without socks bcoz it can peel your skin when you sweat and velcro on it is a little weak so if you r going for a jog it gets loose very easily.

It's easy to wear and weights are proper.
