To make the Mocha look we coat first with Cherry Oil which has reddish tones and then a topcoat of black oil. Since the oils are transparent the first coat of oil allows the browns to show through but gives it a richer brown with red tones. The Black oil then gives it that mocha look.
Craftspeople from the Chiang Mai area in Northern Thailand create these one-of-a-kind pieces with the simplest of tools. Each piece is a unique creation, more than a piece of furniture, it is a Work of Art. Only listed product included.
