🚤 Own the waves, rule the race!
The 30" RC Century Racing Boat features twin 380 motors enabling speeds of 15-20 mph, a 2-channel remote control for forward and directional movement, and a safety mechanism that activates propellers only in water. With a control range of approximately 200 feet, it’s designed for safe, high-speed fun across lakes, pools, and ponds.

Decent RC-Toy for a decent price
If you are use to playing with hobby-level RC stuff this boat may disappoint as it firmly falls into the Toy category. Its top speed is maybe 15mph but I'd guess its closer to 12mph. Also it turns one direction much better than the other. It won't drive straight and the adjustable rudder helps a little but it still needs some constant adjustments to keep it going straight. Also, the battery holder broke the first time we used it. All of that said, my 9 year old daughter had a blast driving it. I had a few extra batteries so we were out at the lake for over half an hour. If you are looking for a fast boat or a highly controllable boat this isn't it. If you just want a relatively cheap RC toy to play with I do recommend it.

it was OK!!!
The Boat took decent speed for about the first 10 mins and then slowed down to half its initial speed for another 10 mins. the total batter life was between 20 to 25 mins. It had a nice safety feature that had me a bit bugged out because I tried testing the propellers out of water and it wouldn't work... As soon as I set it in the water and accelerated, it took off. It has a sensor that detects water I guess. I had it for about 3 weeks and then my nephew ran it into a wall in the water at about half speed and a part of the propelling engine and its chassis broke off. I couldn't get my hand inside to try and repair it since the access panel under the seat is too small. It would have been excellent if it was a bit more durable. Mo'

Not Easy To Control - One Speed Only - Fast and Off
This R/C boat comes with what appears to be a pretty good control unit but even though it looks like it would control the speed it really only has one speed. It's too fast for kids and there is no slowing it down. There is go and stop. Also the directions are pretty awful as well. This was purchased as a gift and was a big disappointment.

Beware Return Policy
I initially ordered the remote boat for my grandson for Christmas 2012, then without ever opening the box decided to give it to him for his birthday in June 2013. It NEVER worked at all and I received a terse email from the Amazing Tech Depot: 30 days return policy. Sorry. This is hardly standing by your defective product.Carol Fryberger, Duluth, MN

Great boat for the money
A very affordable boat for a beginner. It turns well and goes into pulse mode when the battery life is low. The battery lasts 5 - 10 minutes so another backup is advised. It comes with two extra propellers so that was a plus. All in all its a great boat for the money.

Dead On Arrival
I was very excited to get the boat. I was impressed by the size and the looks of it.My excitement quickly vanished when I discovered that the pvc tube that is supposed to hold the antenna up was missing. I had to create my own antenna pole. Then few hours later, after charging the battery overnight, i discovered the boat did not work at all. There was not support phone number to call on the packaging or instructions, so returning it was my only option.
