Good set of wooden rings - comfortable rings themselves, with a much more forgiving grip than plastic, and have better grip as well. Slight crack in one ring (despite very good care taken), but doesn't affect performance.Hold from fastener is very secure.Only real problem is that the bottom of the ropes have frayed - doesn't affect the hold, but makes it more difficult to thread the ropes in and out of the fastener - I should think covering the ends in tape should do the trick.

Nothing further to add from the headline, I am a very satisfied customer.I'm using the hoops from a pull-up bar that I already had - 'looking forward to being able to advance from the 'beginner' exercises!
