this bench is perfect if your 5ft 3ins like I am. easy to assemble and instructions are exploded diagrams which are easy enough to follow. you get the tools needed to assemble the bench in a bag with the nuts and bolts.being low to the ground you can plant your feet when bench pressing. took me about 1 hour to put together in between cups of tea. the bench itself is very solid when using it and I have no wobbles or movement when lifting.the bench has a bolt which grips the rotation bar for the folding so before you start lifting make sure you have the bench central then tightly up the bolt underneath. also I would say get a couple of rubber bungs as the adjustable bar holders have screws which come inside and could rub against your arms. nothing major just better to cover them than get scratched. it folds up really small so if you are limit for space no problem with this bench.so far ive had 60kg on it with no problems at all and im sure it will be able to handle more.so if short on legs and room space get this bench. its all you really need unless your a powerlifter or hulk.

Probably over paid due to current climate however good value for money otherwise.Assembling it a tad fiddly as you would expect.For tight spaces or storing in a shed it’s brilliant.Not sure how sturdy compared to ones they use in a gym I wouldn’t go to crazy on weights as it seems conflicting as to what it can hold.For bench press it’s fiddly to lift barbell as the arms to hold it are same width as I pick up so I either have to go wider or closer in and adjust after lift.Also I would recommend gloves on this as I caught my hand a few times on sharp edges and some not nice cuts. Gloves minimise the cuts.

It's quite handy for me. Not the best bench in the world but definitely works and quite strong which I did not expect. I just hope they gave some more gaskets.

Bought this for my son and had fun assembling it together but we discovered it had a small plastic shim missing so i emailed the company explaining the problem along with a couple of photos they responded within a couple of hours and said they would get a part sent out to us which they did we now have a very happy son, top marks to the service and the product is every bit as good as it looked in the photos can definitely recommend,

The media could not be loaded. Very dangerous with broken parts and terrible welding, also has a VERY fragile bench with a very thin piece of ply wood keeping it together.Pleae listen to the bad reviews, they mean what they say.

The product is relatively easy to assemble and functions ok. It is not very sturdy, and it is difficult to use a 7ft olympic bar with the bench as the brackets are so close together (when putting 20kg plates on the bar, the bar will tip up). Does the job if you are short of space as the folding function is useful.

A great product that came well within the requested date. Very simple to put together and seems sturdy.There were a few non-essential parts missing upon delivery but this was dealt with really quickly by the seller with no issues.

For the price, I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived (within a day with Prime), and I put it all together - which took around 10 mins to do.I've been using it for chest press both horizontal and inclined and as a makeshift squat rack. For chest press, it's perfect although I do find the lower brackets a little too low for my liking. For squats it's alright, you do have to give way to the bench which isn't ideal, but it'll do (again considering the price).
