[ 2019 ] Mostics CNC 3018 Pro with 5.5W Power Module CNC Engraving Machine CNC Carving Machine PCB Wood Router Milling Machine CNC3018PRO Engraver

There is a huge choice in cnc machines so I wanted one that included both engraving and laser attachments.After a lot of research I went for this one. Delivered quickly and everything included. Instructions were adequate for both assembly and use. One thing I found which many others didn’t have was knobs on the x,y,z axis to move manually. This is useful to get in cutting or laser burning position. Connecting to PC (I use a old netbook so a latest one not necessary) did cause some head scratching to start with but after installing the right drivers it worked fine. The software is basic for both engraving and laser but works well. I have found no need to upgrade it. Some extras you might want to add are a z probe touch plate usually £8-9 and some end stops.It’s used for laser engraving boxes with logos and the router for cutting out shapes in wood.Would I buy another one, yes.

Arrived with no laserModule. The offline controller didn’t work. The software provided doesn’t instal either. I tested out the machine using the spindle..it worked fine for all of about 10 minutes.. i then went out and when I got home, I turned the machine on again to again, use the spindle and the more on the z axis won’t work. I contacted amazon to ask for the parts to be sent to me next day delivery (same as machine) but apparently this couldn’t be done. So now I’m having to wait for it to be collected for a return.. wait days for a refund.. to rebuy! In the meantime, I have emailed mostics on the email provided with the product and I’m awaiting a reply.

Good quality piece of machinery, haven't really got all information to work it yet as it's very complex to cut pieces etc. Happy with purchase, pls be aware there's a tax payment I was unaware of I was involved for, without knowing! Company did reimburse me for it, but just didnt know. Perhaps a little more information as an introductory booklet for getting started etc would be helpful. Overall good machine, also came earlier than estimated.

Really hard to figure out and perfect the software, took hours to engrave what I wanted. I returned to sender

Came well packaged with no parts missing, easy to assemble even without any direct instructions. It works well albeit without any instructions on how to work it from the supplier, had to find them from other suppliers. Delivery was 26 days earlier than the quoted date.I did have a couple of minor issues with the machine (which is possible with any new machine) but with the impeccable after service from Mostics, the supplier, I am now happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

This Mostic machine arrived seven days before the due date, very well packed, and all parts present, assembled within an hour with no problems, installed the included software and ran first trial, very pleased with the output, changed over to the laser head and ran a test, again no problem, very pleased with this product, and well above expectations, would highly recomend,

Cnc not so good the motor is inverted so cant use it but the laser up grade works good but 17hours to do a 100mmx100mm seems a little long me, but still learning with it.
