Excellent product

I always keep some of this on hand. It works for me. I take it at the first sign of congestion. It really helps slow down and stop the progression. I follow regime of rest, diet and drink plenty of fluids. I have a history of bronchitis and pneumonia and this is a product that really works.

I used this a ton when I had a cold and then occasionally for allergy symptom flare-ups. I can't say it works like a charm or clears out my sinuses completely, but I think it helps overall. My cold wasn't as severe as it could have been, and my allergy symptoms went away. The taste isn't horrible, more just herb-y and bitter.

I can't say enough about HERB PHARM tonics. I use at least 15 of them & really stand by their products. I have a lung disease that I am treating naturally & many, including Herbal Respiratory Relief is in my arsenal. Most folks probably use for "issues" when they arise, but I use it for for maintenance to keep my breathing in check & for the last 2 years it has helped me stay healthy with no hospital visits for COPD.
