Very good book
Love the book. The binding is strong, which is good and bad—the gutters (space between the two pages in the middle spine of the publication) need to be wider for easy reading.

Great for the beginner birder !
Doesn't have every bird in North America.....but close ! Great descriptions and easiest guide I have ever used. It packs a wallop for every bird. Migration, gender, year round, just sooo much info ! I have bought several of these books and this is the one I use for everyday identification !

Good bird book
A few of the birds are not on the correct pages but other than that it’s a great reference.

Just right for my parents
My parents are avid bird watchers and had finally worn out their Peterson’s guide from the 1980s. This pocket guide is perfect for their hikes or just their time in the garden. They love it.

Great
This book is gorgeous. It has so much information in it and we are just loving it. Currently using it with a North American Unit Study for homeschooling.
