Easy to set up, hardware included, very sturdy fits mail very well in the case, hooks are solid as well for heavy keys, nice little shelf area as well. Stain quality is beautiful. Was a little bigger than I thought it would be but it's the perfect size.

Well made, pretty color (I purchased the brown) and sturdy. It’s not too heavy, and it fits perfectly in our 5th wheel. It was definitely a good value for the price. It keeps our keys, important registration info and hubby’s glasses safe and out of the way!! Item was better than described, shipped right away and arrived quickly and well packaged. I highly recommend.

Easy to hang. Holds our household items well. Dark wood color matches our decor. Perfect for an entry way to hold mail, keys, hats, etc. I wouldn’t hand clothing from this product. Not very strong. Came with hardware to hang on wall.

This was exactly what I needed to have by my front door. Keeps my keys in sight along with a convenient place to keep my dogs leash as well so it’s super functional. Great quality and super easy to install, took me all of five minutes with a screwdriver. I love the color as well, gives it that nice rustic charm.

Great quality even a few years later. Holds multiple sets of keys. Holds bills in the upper portion. With a space for a small photo on the side. Easy to mount as well.

Love this Mail holder! It’s cute and simple. Works great for hanging dog leashes/collars. It’s very light weight.

When I first opened this, I thought the traceless nails that hold up the shelf were missing the hook part. But the square plastic piece meant to go at the *top of the nail, rests slightly out from the wall a bit. So the sawtooth holder on the shelf catches it, and it holds the shelf in, nice and flush, to the wall. It was my first experience using them. Have you ever installed a shelf with regular hooks or nails, only to find that the shelf tips toward you slightly? These type of traceless nails are a remedy for that! I'm going to have to try to find some for another shelf with this problem. As for the shelf itself, it seems quite sturdy so far, and is attractive. It's a great way to hang up masks, but I also have scissors, dog leash and harness, sunglasses, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, etc, residing on it. It really cleared off my (launching pad :D) table that I have by the door. It looks much less cluttered. I'm not digging around on it to find what I need before I dash out the door.

Not what I ordered! The received item is different to what was ordered. White flimsy. Still functional however disappointing

Item received is different to one pictured. Feels like it is made from some kind of light flimsy wood. Hooks are single not double. Does not come with seamless hooks to attach to wall as shown in picture. Seems like people overseas get the correct item but if ordered from Australia you will probably get completely different item.
