Great chair all around.I've had this chair since July 2020.I was in the market for a gaming chair but didn't want to spend a lot of money since I didn't know how I was going to like this style of chair. The price was right and had what I was looking for. The chair came to my door on time and was exactly what I was expecting. Firm but not hard and good support. Very comfortable. Allows me to have some long work days and also some long gaming sessions for months now. After a few weeks the left arm rest split and cracked for some odd reason but the other side was perfectly fine. I contacted the seller and without even batting and eye lash they said they were shipping me out a new arm. These are the kind of companies I will continuously do business with. Great product and a great seller. Thank you.

There are far more expensive gaming chairs out there, but I can't seem to think why anyone would pay an exorbitant price when this one is just as good at a reasonable price. The chair was delivered in outstanding condition and each part was properly packaged to protect the contents. The setup was extremely easy. The quality is beyond my expectation and the comfort is on par with all gaming chairs I've tried (this chair is not on the plushy side of comfort; look elsewhere if that's what you're looking for). There are some minor features you may find in other chairs (either less or more expensive) such as the armrests being stationary (can't adjust the armrest in any way) and no option to angle the seat bottom. Other than that, the chair is just as customizable as all other chairs in any other way. If you're on the fence, take the plunge. For the price and quality, it's going to be hard to beat this bargain.

This was the cheapest high back office/gaming chair I could find on Amazon or elsewhere. It is comparable to cheap office chairs in box stores but those are not tall enough to fit my 6'2" height and provide headrest support. This chair provides plenty of height for taller people, I would say up to about 6'6", to sit back and have support behind the head. The cushion is a bit lacking but I sit in this chair for 5 hours a day avg over the last week and I have no comfort issues with it. The side supports modeled after a "racing seat" provide enough support and give enough room to move freely. It does make a fair amount of creaking noise in the spring, the only reason I can't rate 5 stars, but the chair works great. For the price I think it would be hard to beat it for a tall person that is looking for a chair with head support. (great for reclining a bit to watch a movie after your office work or gaming session.) It was fairly straight forward and simple to assemble with the provided tools and took me around 40 minutes to sit in my floor and assemble at my leisure. The materials and stitch work on the seat all seem to be good quality and I have no complaint on any of the materials or workmanship other than a small amount of noise in the seat spring and lack of seat cushion that I believe could be easily remedied if it were necessary.Overall, I believe this a good buy unless you are a bit pickier or have the ability to spend over 300$ on a nicer high back office chair with the support for taller people that I was looking for on my search. Would recommend one of these to anyone that has found a bit of trouble finding a high back office/gaming chair on a budget.

This chair is a great value. I was a couple clicks away from buying a $400 chair but I'm glad I went with one in this price range instead. There are dozens of chairs out there at or near this price, but as far as I'm concerned I'm glad I got this one. Materials, fit and finish are not perfect but more than acceptable for the money. The thing rolls very smoothly, lays down beyond horizontal, and still tilts back even further, yikes! I didn't fall back tho, even in the extreme lean test. Assembly instructions are minimal but assembly was very straight forward. I decided to keep my armrests off and it hasn't been a problem at all. Lumbar pillow is a little aggressive but the neck pillow seems perfect. You can tell this isn't a top of the line gaming chair, but it does a pretty good job of acting like one. I've got several 6+ hour sessions in this thing and it's definitely done it's job. There's a lot to like about this furmax chair, especially the price.(Update)After 4 1/2 years the gas shock that hopds the seat up is giving out. It doesn't ride at peak height at all any more l, bottoms out randomly and doesn't pop back up without being flipped over and aided. The vinyl material is still in great condition and a lot of it still looks new despite 1000s of hours of use. It's been a solid ride but it's safe to say, it's all over.
