I strongly dislike this turner your cups weight more then the skinny pipe they give and the whole time weights it down very disappointed.

This product is a piece of junk and a waste of money. I've ruined 2 cups now because it won't hold them properly. Will be returning for sure!!!! Definitely would not reccomend

seems to work fine. it was not fully assembled.

 I was a little sceptical when I opened the box. It was a turner & a piece of foam ribbon. But I gave it a chance & I am impressed. I would like for the rod to be a little thicker, but it does the job! You simple wide the ribbon around the rod & insert cup. Push the cup all of the way in so it's secure. I highly recommend for a cuptisserie on a budget.
