Dear Evan Hansen

Dear Evan Hansen is a book that's going to be viral and everywhere very soon. Since I am reading it currently, I understand why that is. It's based on a real story and is very realistic in it's writing when all we are consumed by is the social media culture. Justin Paul, the Oscar winning lyricist of La La Land is one of the authors and since it was originally written as a play, it won 6 Tony awards this year! It's about this guy who feels like he does not belong, feels left out and lonesome until something terrible happens at school. Topics like suicide, loneliness and depression are centre themes of the book and you will relate to the characters. You need to check out the songs from this musical and oh, did I tell you that you could listen to the songs while reading the part in the book where there are songs? Like I said, I am still reading it and discovering all that lies inside this plain white treasure of a book.

Good, turns better, ends in best.Very eye opening and so much to learn from this story. This book is a true mirror of society and daily life.Don't miss out this tale.

The book was delivered in great condition!Also I loved the story. I have watched the musical Dear Evan Hensen and I loved it so I thought of reading the book as well. The thing I liked the most about the book is that [SPOILER ALERT - We get chapters from the POV of Connor Murphy's ghost] Overall it was a great book again.

Tbh I am not satisfied with this book, I bought this book with that thought that it talks about suicide and depression.but author have not explained well why Connor took his own life,even you can't connect with him because he doesn't have a much part in the book which is really disappointing because whole book is about his death.Then I find it very insensitive because people are using his death for their own gain,nobody knows Connor,they were not even friends with him, nobody cares to know why he took his own life like Evan(main character) by pretending to be Connor's best friend just because he was getting noticed by his crush and by school mates.Alana using his death for a college project because it will look good on her resume.Jared participated in the project because he will look cool.It really made me question that does someone's life mean something to people.I felt horrible for Connor's parents as they were trying to find answers but instead of telling them the truth that he never knew Connor,Evan used their urge and played along as he was getting importance from them.Which was really frustrating.I thought this book will make you realize why people take this drastic step of taking their own life,what they go through but book was about Evan who was using someone's death just because he was getting noticed by others.

The story is really good and quite emotional,loved everything about it.Apart from that i am actually disappointed with the delivery, the cover is torn and the book is just not in a good condition.

El diseño está increíble, me gusto muchísimo el libro, el guardapolvos venía un poco sucio pero me encanto la portada que está debajo, ademas de eso llego rápido y la letra es grande y perfectamente legible, hermoso libro!

i bought this book back in january, being a fan of the musical and wanting something new to read. i read it relatively fast, after recieving and it was amazing. everything about this book is EVEN BETTER than the musical!! (it was also fun figuring out which parts of the book represent which songs.) i decided to pick up my phone and write a quick little review on how good this book was because yesterday i picked the book back up and started reading a few pages for a while. shipping was a bit slow (maybe just because of the fact i wanted this so bad and that the other book i ordered had prime shipping) though, it arrived a day or two before the expected date. 10/10 book, i reccomend this to you.

J'ai adoré ce livre. Après avoir regardé la comédie musicale et connaître les chansons par cœur, j'avais très envie de lire le livre et je ne suis pas déçue !J'aime la manière dont il est écrit et l'histoire de Connor Murphy et d'Evan Hansen sont très touchantes et peuvent parler à tout le monde je pense. C'est un très bon livre que j'ai beaucoup aimé.Pour la livraison, il est arrivé dans les temps et en bon état (il est trop beau !) donc rien à redire.
