I originally purchased the wooden one and it creates a massive mess in pizza oven. This one is lighter and easier to use and the dough doesn’t stick like it does on the wood. Thin and easy to slide under to turn while cooking.

They don’t burn like wood when introducing pizza into 800 degrees oven!

Got a pizza oven and needed the peel to get the pizza in and out of the oven. Seems a little expensive but is made with great quality. Make sure to put down flour/corn meal or whatever else you might use to get the dough to not stick.

This peel is great but you've got to make sure you're working with crusts that are floured well and room temp. When you scoop the pie it should slide right under and you should be able to slide it around on the peel pretty easily so you can launch with no stickies. Sticking= bad pizza messes.
