Just seaweed and sesame seeds. If you want simple and tasty, this is the furikake for you. When I use it on rice I might also dab on some umeboshi paste. I often use it on cold tofu as well.

A good furikake blend will not just taste like overpowering seaweed. Unfortunately that's all I can taste with these. I would not recommend.

I love the strong flavor of foods that we get in the east. It’s especially good on rice, noodles, and jammy eggs.

I needed to get furikake for a recipe I was making but a friend of mind needed it to be gluten free. Not all of the brands make gluten free and I needed to be sure. This one is and of course made the recipe come out exactly like it always does.

I really wanted furikake but couldn’t find a gluten free one.This one doesn’t have as many ingredients or additives in it.I like this one a lot for that reason and of course it’s an excellent addition to my rice.

Don’t purchase this product unless you don’t care about the cancer warning label. They don’t show this prior to purchasing the product, but there’s a huge California label on the side warning you about the carcinogenic effects.Please save your money and your body. Buy another product.This should be advertised so that consumers know the information prior to purchasing. Very deceptive :(

I didn't like the taste and the seaweed was way too pulverized. I was expecting it to be in shreds instead of being pulverized. The something was off about the taste of the seaweed and the sesame seeds were so teeny. I think I would have been better off just making it myself which I might do in the future.Unfortunately since this is food it's non-refundable. I recommend saving your money and going with another product. The similar product at trader Joe's is way better. But it has salt which is why I wanted to try something that didn't have sodium.
