Lots of great info, wish I had this book years ago. If you want to know which genes are dirty, how they got that way and how you can fix them I highly recommend you read this.

I liked the quizzes. They helped me understand symptoms. Simple explanations.I did not like all the typos. Unprofessional. Please proof better.

Easy, informative and quick. We already have the full book Dirty Genes but this is much quicker and now I will refer back to the items I need to work on.

Well written summary, easy to read even with brain fog. Concise and well organized.I personally would have liked more specific information about mechanisms of action, but I suppose that is what the full book is for.

How could something that is this poorly written and not checked for errors, be published? Doesn't the company that put it out care how it looks? I won't buy anything by "High Speed Read" again. They are many miss spellings, typos, and crazy grammatical errors. Many sentences are awkward. Example -p.32 --"Avoid drinking fruit juices and soda's, its pure sugar." The whole book is written like this. This is a shame because it is a very good idea to give this valuable information in a condensed form. However, the author of the original book might be embarrassed by this book. The writers and publishers should be embarrassed.

I ordered this after reading all the reviews. It is as described; spelling, grammar errors (no surprise) and a loosely summarized account of Dirty Genes. I really didn't get a good understanding of what I needed to but to do that, I should have bit the bullet and paid for the Real Deal. My bad. Genetics are complicated and this book is not.

This is wonderful. Helps me make better decisions or choices about diet and lifestyle. Helps make clear whether something is caused by genes or life choices. Gives us so much more control in our life if we are willing to make the changes.
